- Cabin Cleaning fee is a one time fee per reservation
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fee is the first nights site fee or 20% of the total reservation fees, whichever is greater. Credit cards are required at the time of reservation although nothing is charged to the card at the time of reservation. The card is not charged unless we do not receive two-week notification of your cancellation. If the reservation is made within two weeks of your arrival date, the cancellation fee will be enforced unless the cancellation is due to a major life event or catastrophe. Holiday Reservations must always receive two-week notification; Holiday reservations are required to be paid in full 1 week prior to arrival date. Group Reservation (3 or more campsites/cabins together) are required to pay the first nights fee or 20% of the total reservation fees, whichever is greater, at the time of reservation. The group deposit is non refundable.
