Honcho Rest Campground is proud to announce the sale of spacious Park Models for seasonal camping. We have 6 new water front sites available for park models, sites 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 on the “Sitemap”. Each site will include a spacious 30’ x 50’ lot directly on bass lake with all utilities available and the water piped directly to the park model for optimum pressure. Sites also include Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

Not sure what a park model is? A park model is specifically designed for campground with the RV’er in mind. A park model is designed to maximize the 400 sq.ft. allowed in a campground. Most park models are 38’ by 10.5’ for a total of 399 sq.ft. While the most luxurious 5th wheels or motor coaches can only be 8’ wide limiting their potential for room with a large RV 36’ foot long only having 288 sq.ft. of room. It would take a 50’ RV to match the space in a Park Model. Park Models Range in price from the High $20,000’s to the mid $60,000’s.
